Sahil Bhatia is an alumnus of the School of Law, UPES Dehradun. After graduation, Sahil has pursued a one-year post-graduate fellowship from Daksha Fellowship, Sai University, where he specialized in dispute resolution. Prior to joining Chamber 20A, Sahil worked with an advocate whose primary area of practice involves Insolvency and Bankruptcy litigation. In that role, Sahil represented Resolution Professionals and Liquidators, among other stakeholders in the corporate insolvency resolution and liquidation processes of the Corporate Debtors. After joining Chamber 20A, Sahil has worked on a variety of matters with a focus on Commercial Law, Arbitration, Sports Law, Public Law and Consumer Law before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCDRC and NCLT.
