Bahuli Sharma

Bahuli holds qualifications from Harvard Law School, University of Oxford, and University of Delhi. She is a dual qualified lawyer and is admitted to practice in India as well as New York, USA. She studied History at St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi before completing her undergraduate degree in law from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She received the Rhodes Scholarship to read the Bachelor of Civil Law and Master of Science in Criminology at University of Oxford. At Harvard, she secured the Harvard Law School Graduate Grant and successfully completed her LL.M in 2020. In her previous employment stints, she has worked with a Child Rights Organisation (HAQ), a Delhi based law firm (Bharucha & Partners) and also with a designated senior advocate (Mr. Akhil Sibal). She is a practitioner with expertise in criminal law, commercial and civil disputes, arbitration law, family law and juvenile justice matters. Bahuli is well-equipped to advise clients across all stages of the adjudicatory process including pre-trial disputes.
