Ishwar Singh

Ishwar is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (B.A. LL.B, 2021). He has previously been a Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate to a Judge of the Supreme Court for two years and has also been associated as a part-time Judicial Assistant with the chambers of a Judge of the Karnataka High Court during his undergraduate programme. He has worked extensively on diverse matters such as Service Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Land Acquisition, Compensation Law, Commercial Law, Civil Procedure, Election Law, Property Law and Indirect Taxation Law. After joining Chamber 20A, he has worked on matters focused on a variety of laws including Service Law, Public Law, Sports Law, Insolvency Law, Insurance Law, Education Law, and Criminal Law before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Rajasthan High Court and the Tribunals. He has also been involved in drafting/reviewing employment policies, and commercial agreements and advising on various disputes in the pre-litigation stage.
