Manish Kumar is a Counsel with nearly 20 years of dispute resolution experience. He is also qualified as an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court. His practice encompasses white-collar crimes, indirect taxation, employment laws, labor disputes, and education laws. Manish is uniquely suited to act for clients in disputes pertaining to these practice areas. The Supreme Court of India had appointed him as Amicus Curiae in a murder appeal dealing with capital punishment. Manish is well equipped to deal with all stages and hearings of the dispute resolution process including assisting in oral and written advocacy, including drafting statements of cases, skeleton arguments, memorials, appeal documents, and opinions.
